Good for you, glad to see you found one. It looks like a nice one too. That's a good trailer to get back into those GREAT places to camp & canoe. Keep us posted/pics, as you set it up the way you want it!
Nice trailer! Like to see the inside! Well, I have nothing to tow really, except an all steel utility trailer. I could tow with my 99 F-150 4x4 ext. cab with 71K miles or an 04 Forester, 2.5 non-turbo. The trailer would be fine to load the Transalp dual sport and camping supplies. Need to figure out how to put a camper on it, maybe a slide on teardrop type or a tent if nothing else.
We have a 2003 Dodge Ram Quad-Cab that we pull a 2004 Jayco Qwest 12A pop-up. I've made mods to both the pup and the truck over the years to get it to fit our purposes. My daily driver is a 2001 Chevy Tracker 4x4.
Wow - have things really changed or what? I no longer own any of the vehicles I posted way back when.
I now have a 2005 Kodiak 23TT that I tow with either my '99 Ford E350 15 passenger van or '04 Dodge Hemi Durango. The Durango also doubles as my daily driver.
On the 2nd of December 2013, Ruth, two dogs, 1 cat, & myself all piled into the 2006 Ford F-350 SD, CC, XLT, 4x4, Dually,;6.0L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel, lifted 6 inches & headed out toward Tempe, AZ to pick up a slide-in truck camper (TC). A 2003 Lance 1161 from Tom's Camperland in Tempe, AZ.The TC & truck performed great on the way back home. Approximately 10 miles to the gallon on the 6.0L Diesel. One tank full going down & one tankful coming back.
